lvl1\"><span class=\"sp-n\">1.1.<\/span><span class=\"sp-t\"><strong>Personal data \u2013 <\/strong>any information relating directly or indirectly to a data subject whose identity is known or can be established directly or indirectly using the relevant data. <\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"sp-item lvl1\"><span class=\"sp-n\">1.2.<\/span><span class=\"sp-t\"><strong>Processing of personal data \u2013 <\/strong>any operation performed on personal data (including collection, recording, storage, editing, alteration, organisation, destruction, etc.). <\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"sp-item lvl1\"><span class=\"sp-n\">1.3.<\/span><span class=\"sp-t\"><strong>The Company<\/strong> \u2013 <strong>SERVE LT, UAB<\/strong> (legal entity code 135852715), with its registered office at Elniu str. 9-24, LT-08101, Vilnius.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"sp-item lvl1\"><span class=\"sp-n\">1.4.<\/span><span class=\"sp-t\"><strong>Data subject<\/strong> \u2013 a natural person who is identified or can be identified and whose data is processed by the Company.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"sp-item lvl1\"><span class=\"sp-n\">1.5.<\/span><span class=\"sp-t\"><strong>Website \u2013 <\/strong>the Website belonging to the Company, available at the following addresses: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.serve.lt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">serve.lt<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.serveonline.lt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">serveonline.lt<\/a>  and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.groziosalonas.lt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">groziosalonas.lt<\/a>.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"sp-item lvl1\"><span class=\"sp-n\">1.6.<\/span><span class=\"sp-t\"><strong>Cookies <\/strong>\u2013<strong> <\/strong>small pieces of text information used on the Website of the Company that are created automatically while browsing the site and stored on the computer or other device used by the data subject (website visitor). They are used to improve the browsing experience of site visitors, to analyse visitor traffic and behaviour on the website and to ensure the proper functioning of the Website. <\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"sp-item lvl1\"><span class=\"sp-n\">1.7.<\/span><span class=\"sp-t\"><strong>Consent <\/strong>\u2013 any freely given and informed confirmation by which the Data Subject agrees that their Personal Data may be processed for a specific purpose.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"sp-item lvl0\"><span class=\"sp-n\">2.<\/span><span class=\"sp-t\"><strong>Sources of personal data<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"sp-item lvl1\"><span class=\"sp-n\">2.1.<\/span><span class=\"sp-t\"><strong>The Data Subject provides Personal Data to the Company themselves. <\/strong>Data subject<strong> <\/strong>uses the services provided by the Company by creating an account on the Website of the Company, submitting reviews on the Website, contacting the Company with enquiries, claims, complaints and similar matters.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"sp-item lvl1\"><span class=\"sp-n\">2.2.<\/span><span class=\"sp-t\"><strong>Personal data is obtained from other sources. <\/strong>Data is obtained from partners of the Company who advertise their services on the Website or use the services provided by the Company, from other natural or legal persons and similar sources.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"sp-item lvl0\"><span class=\"sp-n\">3.<\/span><span class=\"sp-t\"><strong>Processing of personal data where the Company acts as the Data Controller<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"sp-item lvl1\"><span class=\"sp-n\">3.1.<\/span><span class=\"sp-t\">The Company processes personal data for the following purposes:<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"sp-item lvl2\"><span class=\"sp-n\">3.1.1.<\/span><span class=\"sp-t\"><strong>Conclusion and performance of contracts. Data processed for this purpose:<\/strong> the name(s) and surname(s) of the contracting party or its representative (where the contracting party is a legal person), personal identification number or date of birth, individual activity certificate number, place of residence or place where the economic and commercial activity is carried out (address), telephone number, e-mail address, place of work, position, bank settlement account and the bank holding that account, payment card details, the date, amount and currency of the monetary transaction or of the conclusion of the transaction, and other data that is provided to the Company and\/or that the Company receives under legal acts while carrying out its activities and\/or that the Company is obliged to process by laws and\/or other legal acts. For example, data contained in a business certificate (type, group, code and name of the activity, periods of activity, date of issue, amount), individual activity certificate number, data on whether the data subject is a VAT payer and other data required for the proper performance of the contract and\/or of the duties laid down in legal acts;<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"sp-item lvl3\"><span class=\"sp-n\">3.1.1.1.<\/span><span class=\"sp-t\"><em>Contracts, VAT invoices and other related documents are kept for the periods specified in the General Index of Document Retention approved by order of the Chief Archivist of Lithuania;<\/em><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"sp-item lvl3\"><span class=\"sp-n\">3.1.1.2.<\/span><span class=\"sp-t\"><em>Legal basis for processing \u2013 the necessity to perform a contract to which the Data Subject is party, or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)), the performance of the <\/em><em>legal obligations of the Company (GDPR Article 6(1)(c)),<\/em><em> the legitimate interest of the Company where the contracting party is a legal person (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).<\/em><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"sp-item lvl2\"><span class=\"sp-n\">3.1.2.<\/span><span class=\"sp-t\"><strong>Administration of enquiries, comments and complaints. The following data is processed for this purpose: <\/strong>The name(s) and surname(s) of the enquiring Data Subject, e-mail address, telephone number, the subject and content of the message, comment, review or complaint, and other data provided by the enquiring Data Subject. <\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"sp-item lvl3\"><span class=\"sp-n\">3.1.2.1.<\/span><span class=\"sp-t\"><em>Data relating to enquiries, comments and complaints is kept for 1 calendar year from the date of submission;<\/em><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"sp-item lvl3\"><span class=\"sp-n\">3.1.2.2.<\/span><span class=\"sp-t\"><em>Legal basis for processing \u2013 the necessity to perform a contract to which the Data Subject is party, or in order to take steps at the request of the Data Subject prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)), the performance of the <\/em><em>legal obligations of the Company (GDPR Article 6(1)(c)),<\/em><em> the legitimate interest of the Company (GDPR Article 6(1)(f))<\/em><em>.<\/em><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"sp-item lvl2\"><span class=\"sp-n\">3.1.3.<\/span><span class=\"sp-t\"><strong>Ensuring the quality of consultations provided by telephone about the services provided<\/strong> <strong>by the Company, improving the quality of customer service and monitoring that information is provided in a qualified and prompt manner (recording of telephone calls). The following data is processed for this purpose: <\/strong>the content of the telephone call recording, the telephone number from which and to which the call is made, the date of the call, the duration of the call and other data provided during the call.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"sp-man lvl3\">3.1.3.1. <em>Telephone call recordings are kept for 14 calendar days;<\/em><\/div>\n<div class=\"sp-man lvl3\"><em>3.1.3.2. Legal basis for processing \u2013 the consent of the Data Subject (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)).<\/em><\/div>\n<div class=\"sp-item lvl2\"><span class=\"sp-n\">3.1.4.<\/span><span class=\"sp-t\"><strong>Creation and administration of an account on the Website of the Company. The following data is processed for this purpose: <\/strong>account user name, surname; password; e-mail address; mobile telephone number; position and place of work, information about the services provided or ordered, city.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"sp-item lvl3\"><span class=\"sp-n\">3.1.4.1.<\/span><span class=\"sp-t\"><em>Data is kept until the account is deleted;<\/em><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"sp-item lvl3\"><span class=\"sp-n\">3.1.4.2.<\/span><span class=\"sp-t\"><em>Legal basis for processing \u2013 the necessity to perform a contract to which the Data Subject is party, or in order to take steps at the request of the Data Subject prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)), the legitimate interest of the Company where the contracting party is a legal person (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).<\/em><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"sp-item lvl2\"><span class=\"sp-n\">3.1.5.<\/span><span class=\"sp-t\"><strong>Administration of the social network accounts of the Company. The following data is processed for this purpose: <\/strong>the user name or name and surname of the social network account, profile picture, the content of public comments, the content of correspondence with the Company.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"sp-item lvl3\"><span class=\"sp-n\">3.1.5.1.<\/span><span class=\"sp-t\"><em>When administering its social network accounts and processing personal data for this purpose, the Company and the operators of the social network platform are considered joint data controllers;<\/em><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"sp-item lvl3\"><span class=\"sp-n\">3.1.5.2.<\/span><span class=\"sp-t\"><em>Legal basis for processing \u2013 the consent of the Data Subject (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)).<\/em><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"sp-item lvl2\"><span class=\"sp-n\">3.1.6.<\/span><span class=\"sp-t\"><strong>Direct marketing. Data processed for this purpose: <\/strong>name; surname; e-mail address.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"sp-item lvl3\"><span class=\"sp-n\">3.1.6.1.<\/span><span class=\"sp-t\"><em>Data is kept until consent is withdrawn;<\/em><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"sp-item lvl3\"><span class=\"sp-n\">3.1.6.2.<\/span><span class=\"sp-t\"><em>Legal basis for processing \u2013 the consent of the data subject (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)).<\/em><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"sp-item lvl2\"><span class=\"sp-n\">3.1.7.<\/span><span class=\"sp-t\"><strong>Publication on the Website of reviews by Data Subjects about service providers. Data processed for this purpose: <\/strong>the name and surname of the person submitting the review, the name, surname, position and place of work of the data subject who provided the service, the content of the review, information about the service provided.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"sp-item lvl3\"><span class=\"sp-n\">3.1.7.1.<\/span><span class=\"sp-t\"><em>Data is saved <\/em><em>for three years<\/em><em> since the review was posted;<\/em><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"sp-item lvl3\"><span class=\"sp-n\">3.1.7.2.<\/span><span class=\"sp-t\"><em>Legal basis for processing<\/em> \u2013 the consent of the Data Subject where the review is published by the Data Subject who received the service (<em>GDPR Article 6(1)(a)) or the legitimate interest of the Company where a review about the person who provided the service is published (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).<\/em><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"sp-item lvl1\"><span class=\"sp-n\">3.2.<\/span><span class=\"sp-t\"><strong>For other purposes<\/strong>, for which the Company has the right to process the personal data of the Data Subject, where the Data Subject has given consent, where the Personal Data must be processed on the basis of the legitimate interest of the Company, or where the Company is obliged to process the Personal Data by the relevant legal acts.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"sp-item lvl0\"><span class=\"sp-n\">4.<\/span><span class=\"sp-t\"><strong>Processing of personal data where the Company acts as the Data Processor<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"sp-item lvl1\"><span class=\"sp-n\">4.1.<\/span><span class=\"sp-t\">When providing services, the Company acts as a data processor, i.e. the Company processes Personal Data on behalf of the data controller (service providers who purchase a subscription to use the services of the Company), for the purposes and to the extent determined by that controller.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"sp-item lvl1\"><span class=\"sp-n\">4.2.<\/span><span class=\"sp-t\">As a data processor, the Company processes:<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"sp-item lvl2\"><span class=\"sp-n\">4.2.1.<\/span><span class=\"sp-t\">Personal Data of the employees of service providers or of specialists acting on behalf of service providers: name, surname, specialisation, profession, e-mail address, telephone number, image, place of service provision, work schedule and other information provided to the Company;<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"sp-item lvl2\"><span class=\"sp-n\">4.2.2.<\/span><span class=\"sp-t\">Personal data of the clients of service providers: name, surname, place, date and time of service provision, and other information provided to the Company.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"sp-item lvl1\"><span class=\"sp-n\">4.3.<\/span><span class=\"sp-t\">The Company processes this Personal Data in order to perform the contract concluded with the data controller, i.e. on the basis of a legitimate interest <em>(BDAR Art. 6 Para. 1 Point (f)).<\/em><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"sp-item lvl1\"><span class=\"sp-n\">4.4.<\/span><span class=\"sp-t\">The Company processes this Personal Data for the periods laid down in the data processing agreement concluded with the data controller. <\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"sp-item lvl0\"><span class=\"sp-n\">5.<\/span><span class=\"sp-t\"><strong>Use of cookies<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"sp-item lvl1\"><span class=\"sp-n\">5.1.<\/span><span class=\"sp-t\">The Company uses cookies on the Website in order to develop and improve the experience of Website visitors.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"sp-item lvl1\"><span class=\"sp-n\">5.2.<\/span><span class=\"sp-t\">The following types of cookies may be used on the Website of the Company:<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"sp-item lvl2\"><span class=\"sp-n\">5.2.1.<\/span><span class=\"sp-t\"><strong>Technical (necessary) cookies \u2013 <\/strong>help to display the website and its content to the visitor, help ensure the functionality of the website, create an account, log in to an account and manage your orders. This provider is subject to contractual and statutory obligations to ensure privacy.
